Coca de patata is appreciated for its soft texture and delicately sweet flavor, perfect to accompany with coffee or tea and representative of the simplicity and excellence in traditional pastries.<\/p>

Our fluffy, flourless almond gat\u00f3 uses high-quality local almonds, offering an authentic Mallorcan flavor without gluten. The ensa\u00efmadas, with their soft spiral of fermented dough sprinkled with sugar, along with the individual quarter, complement our offer of traditional sweets, each made with inherited techniques and a lot of passion.<\/p>

During Carnival, we offer cocas de sobrasada, combining local sobrasada with our traditional coca dough, to capture the festive essence of Mallorca.<\/p>

At Christmas, our cocas de patata are larger and go perfectly with the nougat. We also highlight the anise coca, which evokes traditional Christmas with its sweet and aromatic flavor.<\/p>

For Easter, our meat empanadas with sweet dough are a must-try. This unique combination celebrates tradition and the typical family gathering of the season.<\/p>
